It was a fashionistas paradise at the 11th District Sample Sale when restaurants and retail came together for the seasonal fashion bonanza which included participants such as retailers Urban Chic, Wink, and Julia Farr and food from Black and Orange, Georgetown Cupcake and Barcode, among others. This season's event raised funds to support WEAVE , a charity that was started in DC in 1996 to stand up against domestic violence. The DSS has raised more than $200,000 in the history of the event with this year primed to break new fundraising records. Watch the fun:
